3 STEPS TO BE CONSIDERED Not following these steps will make a bad first impression
1 - Make sure your resume shows your focus on the required skills you have under your current and recent positions. This will assure you an interview. Refer to the experience required that you have and how much you have.
Attach your up to date Word resume, not pdf or html).
2 - Please indicate level of strength for each skill listed. (e.g. SME, Strong, Good, Light, None, Knowledge of, Training only). Adding a line or two of your experience for each skill listed and at which companies you performed the skill will increase your chances for an interview. Your answers will be submitted to the client with your resume. You will not be considered if you just respond with your resume only or with, I have all of them or just yes. Again, your recent jobs must show the skills required. Im not asking you to lie.
3 - Your Resume - How to improve it so you get more interviews
Typo on resume equals no interview. Take a quick look at your Word resume and look for red and green underlines. Theyre not always a typo, but many times they are.
1,000 managers surveyed said, they wouldnt interview an applicant with 1 typo on their resume. This is the first example of your work.
