Lead Software Engineer Job in Phoenix Arizona (AZ)

We are seeking a strong lead software engineer who has expertise in architecting software solutions. This person must have solid experience in web technologies, web frameworks and web infrastructures (such as Tiles, Springs, Struts, etc.). In addition, experience with web presentation (DHTML, JS, GWT, CSS, etc.) and web remoting methods (AJAX, SOAP, RPC, etc..). Also, we need heavy OOP and OOD experience.

This role will be developing a complicated Web Front End for a major business unit.

Absolute must haves: Strong Java and Strong OOD. Architecting a large workflow. Any Manufacturing background a plus.

This person will be working on large and complex systems.
