DTI has an immediate need for a Genesys Support Engineer for a 24month contract opportunity in Centennial, CO. This person will interface with customers providing technical support at a support center that is staffed 24 X 7, which requires shift work.
Job Description:
The desired person will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on network problems, Genesys Inbound/Outbound Voice, and Genesys GVP; duties include troubleshooting and configuring Genesys Inbound/Outbound Voice including a working knowledge of SIP protocol, GVP, and GAD.
The following certifications are desired along with one year of practical experience with the Genesys suite of products. GCP7-CIV (Inbound Voice), GCP7-GVP (Genesys Voice Platform) , GCP7-CGIM (Genesys Info Mart), GCP7-CWFM (Genesys Workforce Management), GCP7-CSIP (Genesys SIP implementation).
