Established in 1957, Fowler & Associates main charter was in the support of the ever exploding high-tech data centers. Panel boards, wires, raised floors, air conditioning, and power systems were just a few of the services we provided. Superior customer service and attention to detail has led Fowler to a long 46 year old technology based business.
Technology products have changed over the years, but the people utilizing these high-tech tools have remained relatively the same… they're people with needs. Fowler's guiding philosophy has stayed the same, concentrate on meeting the customer's needs and success will follow.
Over the past four decades our business model has evolved with the customers' needs. This customer-centric approach has enabled us to maintain many healthy long-term business relationships. The Fowler business model is based on three segments: Professional Services, Hardware Distribution, and IT Consumable Programs.
FOWLER & ASSOCIATES BUSINESS MODEL
1) Professional Services: Services range from network design and implementation to complete MIS outsourcing., which can be administrated remotely or on site.
2) Hardware Distribution: Over 250,000 IT Hardware and Software products are available for next day delivery. We support what we sell which includes but not limited to Warranty, Extended Warranty, and Out of Warranty Break Fix Support.
3) IT Consumable Programs: Printer supplies, magnetic media, computer paper, forms, and other electronic and/or IT products that produce output are supported via web requisition, fax form, email, and phone in orders.
The process has changed, but our goal remains the same. We make sure the customer is supported with Professional Services and IT Hardware/ Consumables without interruption.
